Data you send us. When you contact us by email or phone we process the data you provide (name, contact details, message) to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in replying).

Technical browsing data. The hosting provider records the data needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (site security).

Tax and administrative data. If we enter into a business relationship we process the data required for tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations).

Data may be processed by the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) and, where necessary, by technical or tax consultants appointed as processors or authorised persons. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Contact requests are kept as long as needed and no longer than 24 months. Tax and accounting data is kept for the period required by law. Server logs follow the hosting provider’s policies.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Art. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@ilfruttetoincantato.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
